Healthcare transformation is complex and disruptive despite innovation and best intent. Reacting well to diversity and change, I oversee our global operations from strategic marketing and technology design to onboarding global healthcare partners. I have a broad knowledge base but can go deep with each functional role when are where required. From an investor and key stakeholder view, I support the President with investor updates, financial KPI's, metrics, and strategic vision.
I was born in the UK, raised in South Africa, and spent a majority of my corporate years in Australia and Southeast Asia bringing new technologies to market as a Fortune 500 technical instructor for large telco's, and service providers. I'm a positive thinker, doer, and continual learner, bringing a diverse background in b2b and b2c service management, security, technology, and international and local healthcare.
From a B2C view, my primary focus is to develop online and onsite healthcare solutions that educate and help patients make informed decisions about global healthcare options while supporting our product roadmap for our in-house Patient Navigation System (PNS), designed for complex sales cycles and processes in international health travel.
Froma B2B view, we target, and enable partners by providing systems and solutions to help them grow. In my view supporting partners to provide a best in class experience to connected patients is a win-win.
My primary business goal is to provide a "best in class" patient and provider experience that prioritizes global patient security, transparent pricing and delivers positive client outcomes.
