Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy

Taqtik Health (“Taqtik,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting user privacy and providing clear options for users to manage and delete their accounts and personal data.

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of the Taqtik Collector mobile application and related services can request deletion of their account and associated data.


How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Taqtik account and associated data at any time by contacting us using one of the methods below:

  • The email address associated with your Taqtik account

  • Confirmation that you are requesting full account deletion


What Happens When an Account Is Deleted

Once a valid account deletion request is received and verified:

Data that will be deleted

  • User account information (email, username, identifiers)

  • Health and wellness data associated with the account

  • Device-linked and app-generated data tied to the user

  • Any other personal data stored in connection with the account

Data retention (if applicable)

In some cases, limited data may be retained for a defined period if required to:

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or medical record obligations

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

  • Maintain system security and integrity

Any retained data will be securely stored and isolated, and deleted once retention requirements expire.


Timeline for Deletion

  • Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days

  • Users will receive confirmation once deletion is completed


Partial Data Deletion Requests

Users may also request deletion of specific data (without deleting their entire account) by contacting care@taqtik.com. We will assess and process these requests in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy practices.


Important Notes

  • Deleting an account may result in permanent loss of access to services, reports, and historical data.

  • Account deletion requests must be made by the account holder or an authorized representative.
