Medical Oncology

In the Memorial Health Group Medicine Oncology departments, the data of the patients are analyzed in detail and analyzed in accordance with the USA and Europe guidelines used worldwide and the most appropriate treatment is applied for the patient. In drug applications, which have an important place in cancer treatment, the age of the patient, diseases accompanying cancer, personal preferences, private and professional life, and psychosocial features are taken into consideration, and the patient is involved in this process. Radiation Oncology (Radiotherapy)

Imaging technologies, which have a very important place in the diagnosis and staging of cancer, come to the fore as the factor that changes the treatment fate due to the effects of the disease on the treatment plan. Memorial Health Group Nuclear Medicine departments provide service with Pet-CT technology, which can reconstruct the treatment program on average 35%. The detection of the focus of cancer, the presence of metastasis or the spread to distant organs, and the analysis of the blood are provided by Pet-CT.
